Job Title: IT Business Analyst
Job Duties: Analyze business requirements, use cases, and software specifications. Design flowcharts and software test conditions. Conduct software testing, defect management, and regression testing. Configure and customize Salesforce.com (SFDC), including security and sharing rules. Migrate data from databases to SFDC using Data Loader. Test Salesforce components, including custom objects, reports, dashboards, and workflows. Create an automated test framework using TOSCA. Test integration between SFDC and AS400 via AWS. Debug AWS calls using Splunk. Support SFDC Classic to Lightning conversion testing. Tools and Technologies required: Salesforce.com, APEX,SOQL, SQL Developer, SPLUNK, TOSCA Automation, AWS, Rally.
Other: Full Time.
Requirements: Master's in Engineering (Any Field) or Equivalent + 1 year of Experience in job offered or related. Any suitable combination of education, training or experience accepted.
